When I think about the trend of “realistic” costumes, this obsession with trying to make everything utilitarian and function-over-form, I think of costumes like this. It makes no sense, it would look crazy on a real person, and it’s fucking sharp as hell. I love it.

Just drew up another DC lady wearing sweater - Supergirl! I gave her a very 90s combo, midriff baring sweater and high-waisted skirt :D
Also I want to play on Steam so badly tonight but there’s work to be done. Boo!!superheroes in sweaters = adorable
